Not reciting Darood for Prophet: Consequence
It is reported of Hazrat Omar Ibn-e-Al-Khatab (RDA) that your invocation / prayer remain suspended between earth and sky till one recite / offer Darood for the Prophet.
There is an Hadith that angel Jabrail, while on third stair, cursed the one who heard / listened the name of Prophet but did not said Darood. He will be debarred from the blessings of God.
Prophet himself said, that “if one heard my name yet did not offered Drood, he is miser/ cruel.
